Timeshare?
-

Are you seriously considering to buy timeshare? There might be a few pros, but most will be cons. They want to make you believe that you save a lot on your vacations, in the future, if you buy timeshare. That might be so if it all stops with that one big investment. But most salesmen will forget to mention the maintenance fees, and that the height of those are more or less at the will of the bigshots.

Ever wondered why they keep building timeshare, while it seems half of the condos are always empty? If you buy timeshare, you own a part of the company. If all owners together own more than 50% they could cause some serious trouble for those on the top who keep cashing in the big money. So as long as you keep building, the owners will never own over 50% of the company.

It is a terrible nuisance to see all the ticket offices and OPCs in and around Branson, Missouri. Don't think that tickets to shows come for free, and be aware that if you do go to a 90 minute timeshare sales tour, they will do everything they can to make you spend way too much money for something you didn't want in the first place.

Most of these resorts call themself 5 star resorts, but be assured that it's 5 stars for taking your money, and not for service nor quality. Of course you can always sell your timeshare. Enough places where they buy your timeshare. It seems there are still nice people out there. Of course these people have to make a living too, so you get a lot less than you paid, but see it as an expensive experience. Of course most of these buyers are part of the same companies that sold the timeshare to you in the first place.

Of course it's all up to you. Maybe for you it's the deal of a life-time. But if you do want to bitch about it some more, visit: http://keepbitching.com or http://bransoncommonom (Also for your positive reactions)
